System Introduction
COBE eddy current and ultrasonic testing system using local precise positioning technology, so that the pipe and the probe will keep a certain position, which is an important means to ensure accurate and reliable testing;With the supporting of digital flaw detector, the flaw detector can display the details defect signals;Using the independent research and development of special signal processing software, can show the distribution of defects on the pipe and the severity of each defect;Designed with anti interference technology, can suppress the bubble interference, effectively prevent the false alarm phenomenon;Automatic up-loading and off-loading mode, automatic sorting of unqualified products, greatly improving production efficiency.
